#ItsMyJam: Introducing Beerenberg's New Jam Labels

How much do you love jam? We want to know how you do your jam, and we’ve launched a new competition where you can share your love of the Beerenberg jammy goodness using #ItsMyJam across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

Just use the #ItsMyJam hashtag and you’ll go into the running to with a year’s worth of Beerenberg jam.

Jam is our jam… On the Beerenberg Family Farm, we’ve been making delicious, flavoursome jams and marmalades out of top notch fruits for years. It’s what we do best… seriously it’s our jam.

We grow our own fruit and vegetables here on the farm in South Australia’s Adelaide Hills, and what we are unable to grow ourselves, we source from the finest growers in the country – we think of them as our extended family.

You’ll have noticed that each Beerenberg product – whether it be a jam, sauce or dressing – has the name of a much-loved family member, friend or staff member. It’s our way of expressing how much we value each and every one of them.

However, we’ve decided to select our most loved jams and marmalade – the classic flavours – and take that personalisation one step further.

We’re very proud to be introducing our new ‘Batch Range’ labels, found on our Orange Marmalade, Strawberry, Raspberry, Apricot and Blueberry jams.

On these, you will find the details of the cook who made the batch, the date it was made and where the fruit came from, providing you with a true sense of the origins of your favourite product.

How do the #ItsMyJam ‘Batch Range’ labels work?

“At the start of the day, our cooks write their name and the batch details on an iPad before plugging it into the production line,” explains Beerenberg Marketing Manager, Sally Paech.

“As the labels get printed, our jam makers – and our customers – will see their name on the label.

“We believe this makes each jar that little bit more unique; it makes it the cook’s jam.”

It’s our jam and your jam, too.
