About our strawberry farm

Strawberry season is on now!

We grow all our own produce right here on our family farm. We’ve got strawberries, cherries, gherkins, plums, roses (their petals go in our famous petal jelly) and hot chillies. We grow so much that we have over 50 people working just to look after and harvest it all!

Every piece of fruit they pick is checked to make sure they’re as plump and ripe as they look in these photos – unlike some other jams that pick semi-ripe fruit to make it last longer. That just means they’ll never reach their full flavour, something we’ll never tolerate! Come and check for yourself (and marvel at the self-control of our pickers)

Pick your own strawberries - mid October to April

There’s nothing like the taste of freshly picked strawberries. It’s hard to describe the juiciness and flavours – you won’t get it from any supermarket! And there’s no better day out with the family than hunting through our patch to find the perfect strawberry.

We’ve been running pickings at our farm since 1975, and never missed a season. It’s become an Adelaide institution during the warmer months from October to April.

Patch entry $4/person (13 years and under are free).

Strawberries you pick are $9.50/kg.

Patch entry 9am to 4.15pm (no entry after 4.15pm). This ensures you've got enough time to pick as our shop closes at 5pm!

We're open 7 days a week (closed Christmas Day).

Large group bookings are essential – special prices for groups of children apply.
