Charred Spiced Broccoli with Yoghurt and Almonds

Ingredients
  • 2 heads broccoli, halved
  • ½ jar Beerenberg Slow Cooker Creole Chicken Jambalaya
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • ½ bunch watercress
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan grill and line a baking tray with non-stick paper. Lay the broccoli on the tray and coat with Beerenberg Slow Cooker Creole Chicken Jambalaya sauce. Place in the oven for 30 minutes or until softened and beginning to char.

Dollop the yoghurt on a serving plate before adding the broccoli. Top with the almonds, watercress and olive oil to serve.
