Easy Chicken and Corn Soup

Slow Cooker Farmhouse Chicken

Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 leek, white portion thinly sliced
  • 600g chicken thigh, thinly sliced
  • 1 jar Beerenberg Slow Cooker Farmhouse Chicken
  • 2x 400g cans creamed corn
  • 1 litre chicken stock
  • 1 corn cob, kernels removed
Method:

Heat a large saucepan over high heat. Add the oil and leek and cook for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and cook for another 2 minutes whilst stirring. Add the Beerenberg Slow Cooker Farmhouse Chicken sauce, creamed corn and stock. Turn the heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the corn kernels and cook for another 3 minutes before serving.
