Ingredients

 


  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1½ cups puffed rice
  • 1 cup mixed seeds (eg: sunflower, pepita, chia or sesame)
  • 2 cups macadamias
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ jar Beerenberg Strawberry Jam
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup canola oil

Method:

Preheat the oven to 150°C and line two large baking trays with non-stick paper. In a large bowl, add the oats, puffed rice, seeds, macadamias, coconut, cinnamon and ginger.

In another bowl, add the Beerenberg Strawberry Jam, vanilla, oil, and ¼ cup of water. Mix thoroughly, before pouring over the dry ingredients, stirring to combine. Divide the mix between the two baking trays. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, stirring at 10 minute intervals.  Allow to cool on the trays and store in an airtight container. Serve with yoghurt and fresh berries.
