Crisp Cos Salad with Celery, Walnuts & Blue Cheese Gourmet Dressing

Ingredients

 


  • 1 head baby cos lettuce, washed and roughly chopped
  • 3 sticks celery, sliced
  • 1 large apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch radish, sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ bunch parsley, roughly chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Beerenberg Blue Cheese Gourmet Dressing
  • large handful walnuts

Method:

In a large bowl, mix together the cos lettuce, celery, apple, radish, red onion and parsley. Add the Beerenberg Blue Cheese Gourmet Dressing and toss to combine. Place in a large serving bowl and top with the walnuts to serve.
