Is there a minimum order value?

The minimum purchase value is AUD$19.50. This allows us to offer fixed shipping costs within Australia and makes sure we cover other basic costs such as order processing, stock receiving, pick and pack and packaging materials.

Where does Beerenberg deliver to?

Beerenberg does its best to get its product to you no matter where you are and delivers anywhere in the world.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Beerenberg is committed to your satisfaction, we work very hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. We aim to send your parcel within 2 business days of payment being received.

Please take every effort to include the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Delivery times are highly dependent on your location and local transport services in your local area. Our friends at Australia Post have provided the below Delivery Timetable, but these are a guide only. The lead-times are measured in business days; they do not include weekends or public holidays.

Parcel service standards – Estimates Only (Australia)

When it comes to sending your parcels with Parcel Post, they aim to deliver your items within 1-5 working days. We encourage you to check with your local post office to confirm regular parcel delivery times.

Based on weight, size and destination, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Sometimes things don’t go to plan.

Occasionally, circumstances occur which could add another day or two to these times. Once goods are despatched we rely on Australia’s transportation networks to deliver.  

What shipping charge will apply to my order?

Your shipping charge will be calculated once your shipping address has been entered. These rates may change from time to time. On occasion, we may also have promotions where we offer additional discounts on shipping.

Title of the product(s) supplied passes to you after we receive cleared payment for the order. We will make every effort to deliver on time. 

What does the shipping charge cover?

Shipping costs includes more than just the cost of postage. Costs include order processing and stock receiving, pick and pack, packaging materials, and postage.

Postage costs vary by weight and/or cubic metre, and delivery location, however we do not pass on the whole of this cost to you, our customer.  

Delivery

If you are not home for your Beerenberg delivery, Australia Post are instructed to leave your delivery in a safe place, otherwise you will receive a note informing you where you can collect your parcel from. Australia Post will hold this item for no longer than 10 days.

Returns

We’re not happy until you are!!

Beerenberg is committed to you, our customer, and we want you to be happy with your Beerenberg experience. If for any reason you are not happy, please email returns@beerenberg.com.au. You will receive a phone call from our staff within 2 business days in order to find a solution to your problem.

Out of stock?

Sometimes if you request a replacement product the item may be out of stock. In this case we will either provide you with store credit for that item, that you can use next time you place an order with Beerenberg or in some cases a full refund will be issued.

What if I change my mind, can I get a refund?

Due to the high cost of postage, we are unfortunately not able to offer you a refund or product exchange if you change your mind about your purchase or you decide the product you ordered is no longer suitable or not to your liking.

However please let us know your feedback as we would hate to lose you as a customer!

Some things can’t be helped

We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or phone number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received. All orders are subject to availability of stock and we undertake to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide prior to processing of orders.
