Apple and Bacon Coleslaw
Ingredients (Serves 4):
4 lean bacon rashers, cut into strips
1 red cabbage, finely shredded
1 green cabbage, finely shredded
1 granny smith apple, sliced
1/3 cup Beerenberg Ranch Dressing
1/3 cup sultanas
1/3 cup walnuts
2 tsp Beerenberg Bavarian Mustard
Continental parsley, to garnish
Method:
Cook bacon in a non-stick frypan until crisp, drain well and cool.
Combine bacon with the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill.
Garnish with sprigs of continental parsley. Serve immediately.
