Beerenberg Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 Large Potatoes

  • 100g Ham

  • 2 Eggs Hard Boiled

  • Beerenberg Bavarian Mustard

  • Beerenberg Ranch Dressing

  • Caraway Seeds


Method:

  1. Wash, peel and dice the potatoes

  2. Boil the diced potato until just cooked (Do not over cook)

  3. Allow the potato to cool.

  4. Place the potatoes into a bowl and added the Ham which has been diced and the hard boiled eggs, also diced. Mix with a spoon.

  5. Add a tblsp of mustard and about half a 250ml bottle of ranch dressing to the potato salad. Add a tsp or two of caraway seeds, mix well.

  6. Chill and Serve.
