Caesar Pasta Bake
Ingredients (Serves 6):
2 1/4 cups milk
2 tbs plain flour
1/2 cup Beerenberg Caesar Salad Dressing
375g macaroni pasta, cooked
5 rashers bacon, diced and fried until crisp
4 eggs, hard boiled and quartered
4 spring onions, sliced
3 anchovies, finely chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Method:
Combine 1/4 cup of the milk with the flour in a saucepan to form a smooth paste. Add the remaining milk and heat gently over a low heat until thickened. Stir through Caesar Salad Dressing, pasta, bacon, eggs, spring onions and anchovies.
Place in a 30x25cm baking dish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and golden brown. Serve.
