Caesar Pasta Bake

Ingredients (Serves 6):

  • 2 1/4 cups milk

  • 2 tbs plain flour

  • 1/2 cup Beerenberg Caesar Salad Dressing

  • 375g macaroni pasta, cooked

  • 5 rashers bacon, diced and fried until crisp

  • 4 eggs, hard boiled and quartered

  • 4 spring onions, sliced

  • 3 anchovies, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Method:

  1. Combine 1/4 cup of the milk with the flour in a saucepan to form a smooth paste. Add the remaining milk and heat gently over a low heat until thickened. Stir through Caesar Salad Dressing, pasta, bacon, eggs, spring onions and anchovies.

  2. Place in a 30x25cm baking dish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

  3. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and golden brown. Serve.
