Caesar Salad
Ingredients:
Lettuce try Coral, Butter, or Elk Horn
3 Hard Boiled Eggs
Prosciutto
3 Slices of bread
Fresh Parmesan Cheese Shaved
Beerenberg Caesar Dressing
Method:
Wash and dry the lettuce
Place into a bowl and add some of the dressing, mix well to allow the leaves of lettuce to become covered in the dressing.
Place the lettuce on a serving platter.
Cut the Hard Boiled eggs into quarters and place on top of the salad.
Slice the bread into fingers, place into a baking dish, preheat the oven to 180C. Place the Prosciutto on top of the bread and place into the oven. Bake until the bread is crisp. Remove and cool.
Add the Prosciutto and Croutons on top of the salad.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the salad.
Chill and before serving add a little more dressing over the top of the salad.
