Creamy Berry Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 200ml sour light cream

  • 1 cup Beerenberg Strawberry Dessert Sauce

  • 150ml evaporated milk, chilled


Method:

  1. Mix sour cream with the Strawberry Dessert Sauce until thoroughly blended together.

  2. Whip evaporated milk with electric beaters until thick and frothy. Gently fold into the strawberry mixture.

  3. Pour into a freezer container and freeze for 2-3 hours or until frozen around the edges. Whip again with electric beaters. Freeze overnight before serving.
