Fresh Strawberry Sauce
Method:
Blend or process 250g fresh hulled strawberries with icing sugar, freshly squeezed orange juice and your favourite liqueur (optional) until well combined, strain it through a sieve and serve over creamy ice-cream or fresh seasonal fruit.
