Marinated Kangaroo Fillet

Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 1kg Kangaroo Saddle Fillet

  • 100ml Oil

  • 200ml Beerenberg Premium Satay Marinade

 

Method:

  1. Prepare kangaroo and place into a bowl with the Satay marinade and oil.

  2. Allow to marinade for 24 hours.

  3. Place kangaroo onto a hot chargrill and cook to medium rare.

  4. Place the excess marinade into a pan with a touch of water, reduce until it becomes a sauce consistency.

  5. Slice the kangaroo and position onto plate and pour the sauce over.
