Mexican in a minute Dip
Ingredients:
1 carton of sour cream
1 jar Beerenberg Tomato Chutney
2 medium tomatoes, diced
Grated Cheese
4 spring onions, sliced
Cornchips to serve
Method:
Empty the sour cream onto a large serving platter and spread out evenly. Top with the Tomato Chutney.
Sprinkle with diced tomatoes, spring onions and grated cheese.
Just before serving spread the cornchips around the dip.
