Mexican in a minute Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 carton of sour cream

  • 1 jar Beerenberg Tomato Chutney

  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced

  • Grated Cheese

  • 4 spring onions, sliced

  • Cornchips to serve


Method:

  1. Empty the sour cream onto a large serving platter and spread out evenly. Top with the Tomato Chutney.

  2. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes, spring onions and grated cheese.

  3. Just before serving spread the cornchips around the dip.
