Molasses Bread
(for bread making machines)
Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons molasses
3/4 cup (190ml) warm milk
4 1/2 tablespoons warm water
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 1/4 cups (280g) plain flour
3/4 cup (90g) wholemeal flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Method
Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer; select Basic or White Bread.
