Pork Honey Roast with Lemon Honey Glaze

 Ingredients:

  • 1 Pork Mini Roast

  • 1/3 cup Beerenberg Australian Honey

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

 

Method:

  1. Place pork on roasting rack and brush with the combined honey, oil and lemon juice. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 40 minutes per 500g.

  2. Baste regularly during cooking. To test, pierce with a skewer. The juices will run clear when cooked.

  3. Rest for 10 minutes before carving and serve with your choice of vegetables.
