Pork Honey Roast with Lemon Honey Glaze
Ingredients:
1 Pork Mini Roast
1/3 cup Beerenberg Australian Honey
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
Method:
Place pork on roasting rack and brush with the combined honey, oil and lemon juice. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 40 minutes per 500g.
Baste regularly during cooking. To test, pierce with a skewer. The juices will run clear when cooked.
Rest for 10 minutes before carving and serve with your choice of vegetables.
