Strawberries with Marsala Cream
Ingredients:
2 punnets Beerenberg strawberries
1 cup cream
1/3 cup sugar
2 egg whites
2 tbs Marsala
Method:
Wash and hull strawberries, slice in half and put into six individual serving glasses.
Beat cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
Beat egg whites in a separate bowl, until stiff, and fold with Marsala into cream.
To serve, spoon Marsala cream over strawberries and serve immediately.
