Strawberry Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 punnet Beerenberg strawberries

  • 1 cup pure cream

  • 1/4 cup castor sugar


Method:

  1. Reserve several strawberries for decoration and set aside.

  2. Hull and rinse the remainder.

  3. Place strawberries, sugar and cream in a blender. Blend for a few seconds until mixture resembles softly whipped cream.

  4. Colour with a little cochineal if desired.

  5. Chill in refrigerator until required.
