Strawberry Cream
Ingredients:
1 punnet Beerenberg strawberries
1 cup pure cream
1/4 cup castor sugar
Method:
Reserve several strawberries for decoration and set aside.
Hull and rinse the remainder.
Place strawberries, sugar and cream in a blender. Blend for a few seconds until mixture resembles softly whipped cream.
Colour with a little cochineal if desired.
Chill in refrigerator until required.
