Sweet Chilli Baked Ricotta

 

 

 

Ingredients (Makes 4 entree serves):

  • 250g low fat Ricotta

  • Beerenberg Sweet Chilli Relish


Optional: Before placing the ricotta in the oven, sprinkle with pine nuts or chopped cashews.

 

Method:

  1. Cut the ricotta into wedges and place onto a greased baking tray, spread liberally with Beerenberg Sweet Chilli Relish.

  2. Place into a pre-heated moderate oven for 15-20 minutes.

  3. Serve warm beside Melba toast and fresh green salad.
