Meet Farm Chef Michelle
Meet our Farm Chef, Michelle Campbell.
Michelle is a chef with over a decade’s worth of experience in the hospitality industry. She has owned three highly successful restaurants, a catering company and is the founder and owner of South Australia’s first pre-school cooking school.
Michelle’s style of cooking is just what we love here at Beerenberg. She focuses on simple, seasonal produce, and places emphasis on “paddock to plate” food – buying local Australian produce and knowing where her food comes from is important to her.
Michelle is a long-time fan of Beerenberg products. “In partnering with Beerenberg, I’m working with the Beerenberg team on their farm in the Adelaide Hills to combine their amazing products into easy recipes for the home foodie cook.
“I love the flavour combinations Beerenberg come up with, it makes cooking with their products a real joy for me.
Her food philosophy is simple. “I cook from the heart. I am very passionate about using seasonal produce and always keeping it simple and easy for people to recreate.”
