100% Australian Blue Gum Honey, lovingly made by the locals. Our family has been farming for generations and we make all our products right here on our farm in the Adelaide Hills. What we don't grow ourselves, we source from our extended family of Australian farmers and friends. Like the delicious honey in this jar, harvested by clever bees from native Blue Gum Trees. We hope you love it as much as we do.

One of the most sought after honeys in Australia. Light amber in colour with an easily recognised mild but distinctive flavour. Not available to WA, TAS, Kangaroo Island and New Zealand customers due to quarantine regulations.
