Raspberry, Coconut and Almond Bliss Balls

Makes 10 balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 3 tablespoons Beerenberg Raspberry Jam
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Method:

Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl, reserving one tablespoon of desiccated coconut. Using your hands, mix to combine and roll into 10 even sized balls. Place the remaining coconut in a small bowl. One at a time, roll the balls in the coconut until coated.
