Homemade Orange and Vanilla Ice Blocks

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ¼ cup soda water
  • 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoons Beerenberg Orange Marmalade
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method:

In a pouring jug, mix the orange juice and soda water. Pour into 6 ice block moulds, and place in the freezer for 1 hour.

Place the yoghurt, Beerenberg Orange Marmalade and vanilla in the pouring jug. Stir to combine before pouring into the ice block moulds. Add a pop stick to the centre, and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours to set.
