Brie & Beetroot Relish Bruschetta

Ingredients
  • 4 thick sliced sourdough bread
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic Beetroot Relish
  • 100g sliced Brie

Method:

Spread each slice with Balsamic Beetroot Relish and then top with slices of Brie. Place under the grill until Brie is melted and golden brown.
