Ingredients

  • 12 mini premade savory tartlette shells
  • 1 ½ cups of goat curd
  • 2 tablespoons of Beerenberg Caramelised Onion
  • 50g of roasted capsicum
  • chervil to garnish

Method:

In a mixing bowl combine goat curd and Beerenbrg Caramelised Onion. Place in piping bag and pipe into tartlet shells. Top each tartlet with a small piece of roasted capsicum and a sprig of chervil.
