Ingredients

 


  • 1 tablespoon Beerenberg Apricot Jam
  • 1 apricot, skin and seed removed
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 45ml white rum
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • extra apricot and mint, for garnish

Method:

Using a blender, blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Place in a martini glass, and top with fresh apricot and mint to serve.
