In a blender, combine half of the Beerenberg Lemon & Lime Curd with the milk and ice cream. Pour into a serving glass or jar and spread the remainder of the Beerenberg Lemon & Lime Curd around the rim. Roughly crush a few meringues and add them to the rim of the jar. Fill the top of the jar with a generous amount of whipped cream and place the shortbread biscuit in the side. Top with the remaining meringue and fresh lemon & lime.
