Ingredients
- 500g pork mince
- ½ jar Beerenberg Caramelised Onion
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- ½ bunch parsley, chopped
- salt
- oil spray
Method:
In a mixing bowl add the pork mince, Beerenberg Caramelised Onion, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley and salt. Mix to combine before rolling into 8 even-sized rissoles.
Preheat the grill to medium and spray with oil. Place the rissoles on the grill and cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Serve with extra Beerenberg Caramelised Onion and your favourite salad.
