Work at Beerenberg

Farm Shop Assistants

Several Positions Available

We’re a proud Australian family-owned business with an unwavering passion to enrich people’s lives through taste.  For six generations on our pristine family farm in Hahndorf we’ve transformed fresh farm produce into traditional home-style jam’s sauces and condiments enjoyed by consumers worldwide.  All of which are naturally delicious.   For at Beerenberg, we add nothing artificial. That includes our staff.

Our busy strawberry season is dependent on the weather, but generally it is from mid-November until late April. Full in-house training will be provided which will start in September.  Flexibility with hours is available whilst training but during the busy Christmas school holiday period you will need to be able to work a flexible 7 day roster.

Right now, we are looking for Casual Farm Shop Assistants

Our Farm Shop Assistants need to have an engaging personality, with high attention to detail and previous retail sales experience.  If you have had experience hosting tours or supervising small teams, these skills will also be highly regarded.

During the busy strawberry season, you can expect to work around 25-38 hours a week, however these hours will reduce during the winter season before picking up again for the following strawberry season.

Before you apply, please read the position description and further information about Beerenberg on our website  Applications in Word format only should be forwarded to Narelle Hardingham – People & Safety Manager at .  Applications close 26th  August 2019.
