Key Responsibilities
Design and execute Beerenberg’s international sales strategy, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved and the brand continues to grow its global footprint across key regions.
Identify and pursue new market and channel opportunities, balancing commercial growth with long-term brand positioning.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with international distributors, retailers and key partners, driving joint business planning and execution.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing reviews and trading terms to deliver sustainable, profitable outcomes.
Represent Beerenberg at international trade shows, customer meetings and industry events, promoting the brand and building visibility.
Work closely with Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure plans are aligned and commercially achievable.
Provide guidance and day-to-day support to the international sales function, fostering collaboration and accountability across the business.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Proven experience leading international sales within FMCG, premium food or consumer goods, ideally across multiple regions.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to turn data and insight into action.
Confident negotiator and relationship builder who can influence outcomes and manage complex partnerships.
Understanding of export processes, logistics and trade compliance requirements.
Collaborative and practical leader who enjoys being hands on when needed.
Culturally aware communicator with a genuine passion for food, flavour and quality.

Are a seasoned professional with relevant tertiary qualifications. Got at least 5 years of hands-on experience to back it up? Even better.

Know your way around the MS Suite, including licencing and active directors, Sharepoint and Attaché software.

... Strawberry Processors ...
Beerenberg Farm in Hahndorf, South Australia, is now hiring seasonal workers for strawberry processing during the 2025–26 harvest. This is a great opportunity to join one of the region’s most iconic farms.
The role involves working indoors in an air-conditioned environment, with tasks including hulling and pureeing strawberries. It’s hands-on, fast-paced work that’s ideal for those who enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a high-quality food production process.
The season is expected to begin in late October or early November, depending on weather conditions and the start of the strawberry harvest. An exact start date will be confirmed closer to the time. Work will continue through to May 2026.
This position qualifies for the 88-day requirement for visa holders and is open to individuals, couples, and groups. If you're looking for seasonal work in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
